"I was really happy with my purchase. Everything went smoothly with my order and my delivery. I purchased the set of drums for my grandson who is four for Christmas. He has a brain injury since a month old, cerebral palsy and is partially sighted. He absolutely loves them! With help from my daughter, helping him to hold the sticks and some good toe tapping drum music ( Queens we will rock you is a favourite! ) he has been learning beats and enjoying the sound a he is making. Some of the videos she has sent me have made me smile and sentimentality slightly tearful. Grandma got it right! So thank you. I shall highly recommend them to friends and family."

Description
This 'Percussion Plus Bodhran 15" Gaelic Cross' is a handcrafted Irish drum. It has an attractive Gaelic Cross design and a quality sound, and is ideal for folk jams, gigs in a variety of settings as well as teaching, learning and practice.
Traditionally
A bodhran is an Irish frame drum that has recently become very popular due to the resurgence of Irish traditional music.
The bodhran is traditionally played using a lathe-turned piece of wood called a bone or tipper (supplied), and can also be played using a modern brush stick, or the fingertips.
Quality construction and finish
A solid construction and well-built inner frame allows the player to confidently grip the drum to produce a clear and resonant tone. The natural skin is evenly stretched for a stable tone and long life.
What's in the box?
This 15 inch bodhran Gaelic Cross comes supplied with its own traditional style tipper, a handy carry case, and an instructional DVD to get you started on your playing journey.
