Description
This ready-to-play set of four natural nesting surdo drums comprises surdos of diameters 12”, 14”, 16” and 18”, together with 4 high quality samba slings and 4 plush beaters, all packed together in a rugged, nylon carry case. The surdo drums are made from laminated wood and have tough, pre-tuned goatskin heads. The laminated wood construction makes for relatively light-weight drums, and the hairy drum heads produce a well-rounded tone, perfect for indoor playing. Unlike other nesting surdo sets, this one comes complete with beaters, slings and a top quality carry bag, to protect the drums when not in use, or when being transported for events. The cases can be stacked up to three high, so they’re also a very efficient storage solution. And last but not least, these drums are made from natural, sustainable materials, giving you a more mellow sound and a much more eco-friendly solution than the classic aluminium models.
