Bali is a wonderfully vibrant island in the Indonesian archipelago and one of the main areas where Gamelan music prevails, others being nearby Java and Malaysia, though there are variants and gamelan-influenced styles to be found on many islands in the region.
We have taken and curated photographs from various performances and ceremonies in Bali and developed them into the following posters which are suitable for reprinting in A3 or even bigger formats.
Our aim is not only to brighten your classroom but also to create a reminder of the cultures that underpin the music. This may lead inquisitive minds to research the topic even further between lessons. They also make fabulous artwork for the walls if you have a room in which your Gamelan persistently resides.
The posters are in .pdf format in order to retain their quality better if resized.
