Description
The ‘Gamelan (Peking) - Budget - Small 7 key’ is the smallest of our Budget 7 key range.
The metal keys are made from recycled steel and are both strong and relatively light, and the sound quality is good thanks to the bamboo resonators underneath each key. The gamelan casings are plywood and are painted traditional Bali-style and each unit is tuned to the same Slendro scale as our Standard and Premium range instruments. This instrument is tuned one octave above the ‘Gamelan (Saron) - Budget - Medium 7 key’ and two octaves above the ‘Gamelan (Demung) - Budget - Large 7 key’.
