Steel pans are relatively young instruments that have become phenomenally popular in recent years, particularly with school music departments and events organisers. They originated in Trinidad and Tobago in the 1930s and are traditionally recycled from 55 gallon chemical drums.
These top quality pans are are manufactured in Trinidad from specially made steel by master pan makers, Trinipans.
Please note:
- The stands supplied will be different from those in the photos - one stand per pan for the smaller pans and wooden stands for the six bass.
- The Triple Cellos will be chrome finish and the Six Bass painted silver.
