Andy Gleadhill's Teaching Guides are an excellent resource for the classroom which walk you through the cultural aspects of the genres, all the way through to technique, warm-ups and performance. Each book has several audio tracks which support the content.

 

Some people find it of use to have this screen up whilst they refer to the book in order to click and play the audio examples when they need them.
